Sugar 1/3 TSP
Gently give it a thai massage let it sit for 30 min
lay a handful of scallion green at the bottom of rice cooker
top with chicken legs
add leftover marinade
cook for 31 minutes in rice cooker
Tear chicken legs into 88 equal pieces
Sprinkle white sesame seeds
